A new innovation strategy to manage electricity
We have been using electricity for quite some time now. Maybe you don’t realize it, but we are wasting alot of electricity today. How does the distribution system works? Very simple: the electricity is produced at a remote site (by any kind of power plant), and then it is distributed to power lines to our homes. We pay a fixed price for each kilowatts/hour and we sell the surplus to our neighbors. Their are some particular moments each day where more electricity is spent, like at 5pm: everyone is getting home from work and they have to eat and wash their cloths… This can cause what we call a power grid overload.
